Circa is doing more investigative reports that at least seem to be more reliable than what you might find at the two dark newspapers gossip papers–the NYT and the WaPo.  Here they rely on public documents, and actually called the agencies implicated for comment.  Its refreshing, if not the least effort a journalist should engage in to be ethical.

The allegations being reviewed range from sexual discrimination to improper political activity, the documents show.
