I guess we know some of the answer to how the Democrats will react to the deal President Obama cut with Republicans over taxes. Democrats in the House have rejected it.  Many Dems want to change it, if not kill it.   It appears to be getting ugly if reports from Roll Call are any indication. Not that this is a serious challenge, but now Ralph Nader is looking for someone, anyone, to challenge Obama in the primary.  To be fair, Nader has little influence given he has run several times before with little effect.  E.J. Dionne opines Obama has no friends left after casting aside his base.

After 2 years of a governing majority, we are faced with 2 years of divided government.  Exciting though this is, both parties could suffer in 2012.
