A bit of old news, but it is astonishing the dominance of Fox.  We should keep in mind that of all the networks, Fox has the most balance in terms of party affiliation of its viewers.  Though we could say that the ratings are particular to Tuesday night election coverage (many did not watch because they knew the outcome), that would not skew the numbers so much into the Fox category.  Why do they have such higher ratings? It really is not even close.  Fox’s competitors pale in comparison.
